Instasap Execution Model

Although data warehousing and BI projects typically require a high level of end-user proximity, Instasap has developed a process model that supports offshore development yet simultaneously providing a high degree of interaction between the client and Instasap specialists. In this manner, Instasap's onsite/offshore model provides a cost benefit to the client (through cost-effective outsourced implementation services) and by improving the project cycle time through the "round-the-clock" application development and support available from Instasap's offshore development centers (IODC).

As illustrated in Figure 2, Instasap's onsite/offshore execution model distributes the various stages of the project lifecycle between onsite and offshore teams. In short, onsite/offshore execution allows clients to take advantage of the benefits afforded by Instasap's IODCs including:

	Time zone advantages (i.e., 24 x 7 development/support)
