Instasap’s Data Warehousing Services

Instasap's Data Warehousing Services are focused on providing our clients ability to fully leverage corporate data.

Our Data Warehousing Services development and support process model is based on experienced gained from several successful client engagements and assimilation of industry best practices.

The Instasap's process model consists of four (4) data warehouse lifecycle stages. These facilitates rapid application development and reduces both the cost and risk associated with data warehouse projects by providing a proven methodology for scoping data warehouse project engagements, validating application design, and identifying products to support the design, implementation, and upkeep of data warehousing and BI applications. The four stages are:

Consult

Work with the client to assess the immediate and long-term data warehousing and business intelligence and chart a fine flexible plan to deliver solutions and services in shortest time span.

Architect

Create a logical application design based on the business and technical requirements as per implementation and road map. A data warehouse/data mart design is then created, which matches the client's business needs with its infrastructure and architectural requirements.

Integrate

Implementing of logical design, in which the overall application is developed and deployed. Key tasks include building the physical data warehouse database. In addition, it creates ETL architecture and end-user BI applications (reporting, OLAP, data mining models, etc) and integrates with the data warehouse and specific data marts.

Manage

Focus on data warehouse administration and management: might consist of a one-time engagement or an ongoing effort.

Above process model is flexible and is designed to support incremental and iterative development. It also encapsulates an onsite/offshore execution model, which provides a cost benefit to the client and helps optimize project cycle time by distributing application development and support between offsite and onsite development facilities, thereby enabling "round-the-clock" implementation.
