We manage the rollout program with detailed planning and road maps for all releases. This includes managing dependencies and resources across various releases along with handling technology stacks, databases and infrastructure to match the rollout needs. Along with this, we facilitate and drive change management with various user groups across all organization/geographies. Special emphasis is paid to business process harmonization across these organizations/divisions and geographies.

The client operates in multiple countries and multiple locations with each having a disparate business process. With acquired companies this was true to a greater extent, as their systems and operations were never in sync with that of clients, mandating a common platform spanning across the business. There was an equally processing need of integrating SAP applications with numerous in-house developed legacy systems running across locations.

Instasap partnered with the client in delivering a global template solution addressing the business needs, encompassing Financials and Control, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Production Planning among other business level enhancements. Acquiring an in-depth understanding of packaging business while deploying a Knowledge Transfer team, Instasap demonstrated the ability to support and implement the solutions for future rollout.

The global template thus deployed offered numerous benefits to the client, significant of those being, parallel requirement calculation while planning pallets and transportation, ease of route alteration in case of non-availability of capacity on selected machines giving a cost view of route selection, a good overview of cost of production in different plants, etc. The future rollouts will be carried out by Instasap team in conjunction with the client’s SAP team in an offshore-onsite model delivering client a maximum cost advantage and a quality service.
