Instasap Launches SAP Help Desk Support Centre

Today, Instasap announced formally its launch of SAP Help Desk Support Portal and Help Desk Support Centre. The centre is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of system availability, security and reliability for their global clients. The offshore centre consists of experienced functional and technical help desk teams operating from its facilities at Hyderabad, India and UK. Registration is free on www.instait.com to all SAP customers registered before 15th Jan 2008. Issue based support would be offered from Help Desk Portal, via email or through phone to the registered customers.

The Instasap Help Desk Support Centre is equipped with dedicated leased links to establish communication channels between clients in different channels like VPN, Remote Desktop and Terminal services. India facility is also functioning as a global delivery and support centre in providing the support services with high satisfaction levels to its customers. Till date it has registered 2000 real-time issues from direct clients and global Instasap offices/teams.
